You start with some coffee and snacks while they prepare the balloon. Please don’t be so busy eating that you miss how they prepare the balloon. That’s an awesome sight by itself. When they are ready, you hop into the basket and then have the most mind blowing experience. High high in the sky.. Its one out of the world feeling with the most breath taking view. The flying lasts for about an hour and trust me you will not be bored even if you see the same sight again and again. Plus you get to see hundreds of similar balloons up in the sky at the same time. After celebration balloon company minibuses take you back your hotel around 08:00 to 08:30 and you can keep going your other activities in Cappadocia or take a rest in your hotel.
Important Note For Balloon Flight: If you are staying in Cappadocia for more than a day, please book for the first day itself as sometimes they have to cancel because of weather conditions and if they cancel on you that day, they will take you the next day if there is available space on the balloon.

If this is your first time in Cappadocia and never been to a Turkish Night, we strongly recommend you go to one! Belly Dancers, Turkish folkdance, Turkish food and drinks, a lot of laugh and audience participation. The program usually starts at 20:00 and goes on till midnight. Turks really know how to have fun all together.
Dancers perform traditional Turkish wedding dances in which the bride, dressed in a beautiful red dress, dances in the middle of the stage, as the groom performs a variety of dances for her. This is followed by a few folk dances from different parts of Turkey, and then the belly dancer takes the stage. She performs her breathtaking dance and then goes around the room asking men to join her on the stage. The lucky men learn some basic belly dancing moves.
After additional dancing and shows, including the fire dance, the Caucasian dance with knives, and the drum show, the night’s performance comes to an end. During the show waiters serve unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks with appetizers. The main dinner course of lamb with rice follows. This is the traditional wedding meal in Turkey.

You are going to be picked up by our driver and tour guide from your hotel at 9:30AM, our first stop of the day is Uçhisar Castle.
Uçhisar is the best place to have a full view of all Cappadocia valleys the village. The panorama of the
surrounding area is lovely. You will see the Uchisar Castle and the surrounding ancient houses; the scenery is beautiful; the ancient houses are hollowed out into the rocks and form amazing shapes.
Göreme Open Air Museum is one of Turkey’s first UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Göreme Open Air Museum is the most visited site in Cappadocia. It boasts the best and most extensive collection of rock-cut churches, many of which have been decorated with elaborate Byzantine ancient cave churches and impressive biblical frescoes. (wall or ceiling paintings). Dating back to the 10th century AD, they’re over a thousand years old.
After Goreme Open Air Museum,we will g oto Love Valley. Love is a universal word, after all, and there is nothing that could be considered remarkable in its resemblance to the female equivalent of these enormous formations in the area. Love Valley harbours and encompasses incredible sights from the canyons below the vineyards and orchards leading to gigantic fairy chimneys. We will go to lunch. You will have lunch in a local restaurant. You will have chance to taste famous foods of Cappadocia. After lunch, we will go to Avanos. Avanos is a small cute town right next to kizilirmak river.
This town is also known with its pottery workshops. Lots of places where you can try to do your own clay pot. We will visit one of pottery workshop in Avanos. Then, we will go to Pashabag. After the eruption of Mount Erciyes about 2.6 million years ago, ash and lava formed soft rocks in the Cappadocia Region, covering a region of about 20,000 km2. The softer rock was eroded by wind and water, leaving the hard cap rock on top of pillars, forming the present-day fairy chimneys.
You will see best fairychimneys of Cappadocia in Pasabag. Also known as Monks Valley, a chapel and hermitage dedicated to Saint Simeon was built into one of these fairy chimneys with three heads. Saint Simeon was a Syriac ascetic who lived in seclusion for 37 years atop a pillar near Aleppo in Syria. Inspired by his example, the hermits of Cappadocia isolated themselves from the world by cutting into these fairy chimneys and creating rooms 10-15 meters aboveground.
Devrent Valley, also known as Imagination Valley, is a great place for practicing your imagination. There are rock formations shaped liked camels, seals, lions, and whatever else you can imagine. What a great place to let your imagination run wild! Around 16:30, we will come back your hotel.
The Mevlevi Sema Ceremony : Mevleviye are known for their famous practice of whirling dances and dervishes. At their dancing ceremonies, or Sema, a particular musical repertoire called ayin is played. The Sema ceremony represents a mystical journey of man’s spiritual ascent through mind and love to Perfect.
Program starts with the classical turkish religion music concert performed by a traditional orchestra for 15 minutes. Then after the ceremony starts and lasts about 45 minutes under the amazing lighting and mystic atmosphere of Sarihan Caravanserai on the ancient Silk Road.
